Kevin Garasky
Coming from an extensive sales management and customer service background, Kevin started in the mortgage industry in 2002. Right after college, Kevin started with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in their revered management training program where, at one point, he managed one of the largest rental branches in the state and achieved national recognition for his customer service and sales achievements. After much thought, Kevin decided to go into the field of medical supply sales where he was a top achiever with Medline Industries, a multi-billion dollar supplier of medical supplies. Due to changes in the medical industry and the booming mortgage and real estate market, Kevin decided to take a regional account management position with the Royal Bank of Canada. Working on the wholesale side of the mortgage business provided Kevin with invaluable experience and insight into how lenders acquire the money they lend, and the process it flows through before it reaches the general public in the form of a mortgage. Kevin has dedicated his career to the service industry, whether that be providing rental car services to someone whose car was just in an accident, or meeting with health care administrators showing them how to better the care provided to their patients. He takes the service he provides in the mortgage industry very seriously and is on the forefront of bettering the name of the broker industry from the fallout provided by the 2007 mortgage industry shakeup. Kevin’s main focus is on helping people achieve their dreams and goals by making sure they are using the largest financial decision of their lives (their home) correctly and that it helps them achieve their dreams and goals, instead of being a hindrance. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Coeur d’Alene (Coeur d'Alene High School ‘91) and has been married to Maryellen for 12 years and has a 2 year old daughter, Gabrielle. In his spare time he enjoys reading, cooking, fly fishing, and playing guitar. To submit a loan application to Kevin, click here.
